Returns

  • Products are eligible for return only if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items on clearance or sale

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 2 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • If you paid any shipping/delivery fee, that amount will NOT be refunded when you return a product — except when the mistake is from our side.
